As your home inspector it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and to equip you with the information you need about the condition of the property. With 10 years of experience in construction — I have the knowledge and real-world experience necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.

We've been licensed by the State of New York, meaning that we have passed the state exam and adhere to the state's Standards of Practice and strict Code of Ethics.

I encourage you to be present during the inspection. You'll be able to see the condition of the home first-hand, and I'll be able to explain everything to you as we move throughout the house.

Standards and Qualifications

We received our certification from the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and adhere to their Standards of Practice and strict Code of Ethics. InterNACHI membership also required keeping our knowledge up-to-date with continual education classes every year.
